Orders are dispatched from Naturally Organic Monday to Friday except public holidays. We do not dispatch out of town orders on Fridays or the day before public holidays. Please enter your post code when ordering for delivery options and prices. The following is an indication only.

We will attempt to have your order delivered for your chosen preferred delivery date.
All packaging and delivery costs are charged once per order except for out of Auckland orders.
Orders received by 6am will be delivered the same day (Auckland only)
Our courier service is not refrigerated, and any perishables will be at the purchasers own risk.
Rural Deliveries allow an extra day for delivery, approx 3 days.
South Island orders: It is our policy not to send perishables.

Any claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Due to the nature of Organic foods, some products may not be available all the time but our customer service team will advise you of any products which are out of stock.
