Terms and Conditions

We want to make your shopping journey at Naturally Organic as easy as possible, so please read the below carefully as it contains important information.

Stock Availability
All orders are supplied subject to product availability. Due to the nature of Organic Produce supply can be erratic. We have made every effort to provide accurate stock availability information on our website, however, we do not guarantee that if a product is classified as being “in stock” that stock will be available to purchase at our physical stores or online.

Payment

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD), inclusive of GST. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Goods will not be released until receipt of payment. Direct Debits and Online banking please call us to make the appropriate arrangements.

Payment by Credit Card
If you are a web customer your personal details will be kept as a token by Windcave. Payment is taken once the order is complete due to variable weights of products and out of stock items, this enables you to add or subtract items after the order is submitted.

Delivery
All same day deliveries in Auckland will be delivered before 9pm unless there are issues beyond our control. We will not be liable for failure to deliver when delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Tipu Toa Ltd, but we will do our best to advise you if we know of any problem.

Delivery is made via third party couriers with Authority to Leave.   Please indicate any delivery instructions, e.g. where to leave the goods if you are not home (under a tree, at the back door). If a customer is not home to take delivery of the goods, the goods shall be left at the delivery address.

Deliveries aren’t able to be made to PO Boxes. Tipu Toa Ltd reserves the right to hold and/or cancel orders where an address is incomplete or invalid after an appropriate attempt has been made to source correct information.

Perishables
Due to the nature of some foods (Meat products and other goods requiring chilling) We can send the goods in a chilly bin for addition cost, POA. Currently there is NO refrigerated delivery option. Orders delivered outside of Auckland will be sent at the purchasers own risk and Tipu Toa Ltd will not be liable for any issues with such delivery.

Refunds & Returns
If you are dissatisfied with the product (s) you received, please email our webstore team online@naturallyorganic.co.nz with:

Photographic proof of the product issue(s) within 3 days of the date of purchase for fresh products (being any product purchased from the produce, bakery, meat, deli or seafood departments) and 30 days for all other products.

If the product(s) is deemed unacceptable quality by webstore management team, we can either:

Arrange a replacement (if in stock) at no freight charge, issue a credit on your account for you to use on your next online order or a refund.

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements if you change your mind.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Placing an order with Tipu Toa Ltd. means that you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions.

Tipu Toa Ltd. will not sell goods intended for resale, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel a delivery at any time.

Credit Card payments; DPS payments will reserve the payment made by customers so any variations & availability of products ordered and not supplied can be charged at the correct invoiced amount.
