For our fifth, wild whisky release, we’re going full daredevil and pairing Uganda’s playfully pink marshmallow persona with a serious selection of Thomson Whisky.
Mat Thomson has plumbed the depths of his barrel room again and chosen an American Oak ex-bourbon barrel aged single malt, resplendent with tantilising tannins.
After flooding our cacao in a torrent of this luscious liquor, the resulting chocolate will have your senses tumbling around in creamy hints of dark dried fruits, wonderfully woody spice and of course big, bold barrel notes.
It’s one wild ride.
