Probiotic, Artisan made in New Zealand. I started making this kraut when I lived up North in the beautiful spot Helena Bay. This kraut is a mix of cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger and a hint of chilli.
Fantastic with tacos and nachos. Mouth watering on a steak sandwich. Tossed into a stirfry. Served with black beans, rice and avocado. The possibilities are endless!!
